Eligibility & Required Documents 
Renewal are available only to Jamaican citizens who meet certain conditions. You must be 18 years or older, your current passport must be a machine-readable version issued after September 2001, and the information on your application must exactly match your existing passport. If your passport is lost, stolen, damaged, or if your name has changed, you will need to apply under a different category instead of renewal.
To move forward with a renewal, you will need the following:

• Your current Jamaican passport
• Two recent passport photos that meet PICA’s requirements
• Completed renewal application form (assisted by our office)
• Applicable renewal fee
• A valid government-issued ID or proof of citizenship, if required for verification
